Return Period
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Please note that hygiene-related items, including toiletries, personal care products, and oral care, are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved and received at our warehouse, a full refund will be issued within 7 days to the same payment method used for your order.
No restocking fees apply to any returned items.
A full refund can only be processed after the returned products have been inspected and confirmed to meet all return requirements.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:

Exchanges
We only replace or reship items if they are defective or damaged.

Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. -
Inspection & Processing:
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected.
If approved, your refund will be processed promptly.
Refunds cannot be issued for items damaged through misuse or for products sent in error.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
