Delivery Countries

We currently deliver to the following country:

Order Confirmation

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
This means we have registered your order in our system and started processing it.


Order Tracking

You will receive your tracking code via email within 24 hours after your package leaves our warehouse.
You can use this code on our tracking page to follow your shipment.


Delivery Details

Below are the average delivery times for our packages:

If the order is placed before 3:00 PM (GMT) (London time), processing will still take place on the same day.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday)

  • Delivery Time: 4–7 business days (Monday–Saturday)

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary slightly depending on the destination and local courier conditions.


Shipping Costs

We cover all shipping costs for every order.
All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge.
There is no minimum order amount required.


Delayed Orders

If the maximum order processing and shipping time has passed and your order has not yet arrived, please do not worry.

  • First, allow for up to two additional days

  • Check your tracking information using the tracking code sent to your email

If your package still has not arrived after that, please contact us with your order number, and our customer service team will assist you further.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  2. Briefly explain what is wrong

  3. Contact us and include your order number
